Dr. Janet Lang, B.A., D.C. is an established and well respected educator, consultant, and author, in the expanding field of hormone health care. Her expertise, non-invasive techniques, and patient empowering philosophy led to the evolution of her Restorative Endocrinology™ program. This method of establishing the individualized hormone and metabolic pattern of a patient allows the practitioner to identify and implement the most appropriate, effective, and least invasive protocols for restoring and sustaining endocrine balance.
Dr. Lang is a 1979 summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. While a student at Palmer she was introduced to Dr. Royal Lee’s revolutionary work with whole food nutrition and his timeless philosophy soon took its place at the heart of her work. Dr. Lang developed a large practice in the Catskill region of New York before receiving an invitation to join the multi-professional “Healing Arts Clinic” in Loveland, Colorado. Once there she developed yet another substantial chiropractic practice with two other chiropractic associates. Dr. Lang is the author of Understanding the Peripheral Nervous System, and is a contributing author (along with others, including Bernie Siegel, M.D., Norman Cousins, and Prince Charles) of the book The Heart of the Healer.
An active health professional for 30 years, Dr. Lang now resides and works from the St. Louis region of MO. Her time is primarily spent devoted to her consulting practice, to the ongoing clinical research supporting the development of her Restorative Endocrinology™ program, and to presenting the series of Restorative Endocrinology™ seminars for health professionals around the country.
So join us this week as we find out why hormones are so important.
