This week we spoke with Dr. Rick Hanson. He is a neuropsychologist, a meditation teacher and is a weekly contributor to psychology-today.com. He has written and taught extensively about the essential inner skills of personal well-being, psychological growth, and contemplative practice – as well as about relationships, family life, and raising children. We discussed his work including his latest book, “Buddha’s Brain.”

2. Select a location on your computer and save the file. Note that the MP3 files are quite large and may take a long time to download, especially with a slow connection.
