This week our guest is Dean Dwyer. He is a former educator, who quit to accept a more ambitious mission; to blow up the current model for weight loss (which is horribly flawed) and introduce a more progressive concept called Lean Thinking, which encourages people to take ownership for their bodies and begin to run it (their body) like one would run a successful start up business.
He is the author of the popular blog Make Shift Happen, a site that has been in existence for just over 10 months and boasts 3300+ subscribers.
He is also the author of the book, MAKE SHI(f)T HAPPEN: Change how you look by changing how you think. The book chronicles 20 shifts that people could (and should) adopt so they can begin to transform not only how they look, but how they live.
When he is not writing about shift, he is either consulting, speaking or devising new models that help people and small businesses MAKE SHI(f)T HAPPEN.
