This week it’s “all about Paleo.” You may have heard about the Paleo diet and such, well, we’ve got the experts here to share this approach with you. First, we have Sarah Fragoso. She is a dedicated mother of three who has succeeded in helping her own family find true health and wellness through living a paleo lifestyle. Sarah’s passion for helping other families adopt a paleo lifestyle is apparent when visiting her extremely popular recipe and lifestyle blog, EverydayPaleo.com as well as her new venture as co-owner of EPLifeFit.com, Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness. Sarah is author of the national best selling book, “Everyday Paleo” as well as “Paleo Pals: Jimmy and the Carrot Rocket Ship.” Sarah is also as a strength and conditioning coach for Norcal Strength and Conditioning, one of Americans top 30 gyms. Finally, Sarah runs the extremely successful podcast, “Paleo Talk,” conducts nationwide seminars, and contributes to several publications and blogs regarding how to successfully introduce and maintain the paleo lifestyle for families.
In addition to Sarah, we have Stacy and Matthew – “The Paleo Parents.” Inspired by the changes they saw in their family by following a Paleo diet, they wrote “Eat Like a Dinosaur: A Recipe and Guidebook for Gluten-Free Kids” to help spread the word about the tremendous changes other families could see through diet change. The book covers both kid friendly recipes as well as information for parents on how to implement changes in diet.
As of today they’ve experienced health changes they never thought were even possible, as well as lost over 200lbs total since going Paleo. They feel their dietary changes have saved their family and hope the gains continue, the losses keep on and the word spreads like wild fire.
