This week is the second in our two-part series about the personality system called, “the enneagram.” We are so pleased to have Dr. David Daniels as our guest to help us understand this dynamic system. Dr. Daniels is a clinical professor of psychiatry at Stanford University Medical School and also one of the world’s foremost developers and teachers of the enneagram. He is co-founder, along with Helen Palmer, of Enneagram Worldwide, one of the leading schools for teaching the enneagram system. His best-selling book, “The Essential Enneagram”, has recently been revised, updated, and republished with the latest information about this remarkable system.
The enneagram consists of nine personality types. These nine types can be divided into three triads, often called the
“mental” or “head types,” “heart types,” and “body types.” In last week’s show we introduced the system and covered the mental types. This week we will cover the heart and body types.
