This week’s show featured two guests, Amanda Strombom and Cheryl Dillon. Amanda Strombom is the co-founder of Vegetarians of Washington and Vegfest. Vegfest is the largest vegetarian food festival in the country. Cheryl Dillon is the owner of Mother Nature’s Organics, an organic produce delivery service servicing Seattle, and most of King and Snohomish counties.
