
Denise Marek, internationally known as The Worry Management Expert, has helped thousands of individuals around the globe to live more abundant, happy, and balanced lives by showing them how to transform worry into inner calm.
Denise also uses her CALM strategies to help corporations grow their bottom line, create phenomenal working environments, and systematically create positive and lasting changes. In June 2001, Denise was awarded the Toastmasters International Accredited Speaker Award for Professionalism and Outstanding Achievement in Public Speaking. Denise was the first woman in Ontario, Canada to have ever received this honor.
In 2006, Denise’s first book CALM: A Four-Step Process Designed Specifically for Women Who Worry (Hay House, 2006) was published, followed by The Keys (Hay House, 2009, co-authored with Sharon Quirt.) Due to the overwhelming success of these first two books, her publications have been released in several languages including Spanish, German, French, Dutch, and Bulgarian.
Denise’s passion, vision, and commitment to truly making a lasting difference in the lives of others can be seen in her various volunteer roles; including, the Day of Hope and Leadership and the Oshawa Hospital Foundation raising funds for the hospital and the Durham Regional Cancer Centre. This year Denise is the Chair of the Magic of the Music Gala & Concert with special Guest Sarah Brightman and the Canadian Tenors.
